GGIE BD was incorporated on 29 December 2025 as a private company limited by shares, with an Authorized Share Capital of BDT 10,000,000 (One Crore Taka) divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of BDT 100 each.

3.1 Project Development and Feasibility
GGIE BD undertakes project development, pre-feasibility, and full feasibility studies for Waste-to-Energy, renewable energy, and environmental infrastructure projects. Information published on this website regarding ongoing or pipeline projects is indicative and subject to regulatory approval, financial close, and operational commencement milestones.
3.2 Technology and Engineering Services
The Company provides or seeks to facilitate technology transfer, engineering design, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management Planning (EMP), and EPC contracting for clean energy and waste processing infrastructure. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be referred to arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh. The language of arbitration shall be English.

For disputes involving foreign investors or technology partners where a separate agreement specifies international arbitration, the terms of the applicable agreement shall govern.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
